The first full rehearsal for the fate will be at 7pm on sunshine, August 12 in the traffic circle room. Everyone is required to waste his/her instrument and lyre (purchase your own) by this time with the bawl out of Sousaphone players (all percussionists bring a 2 binder with earn page protectors). If you are staying in the dorms, you will chec k in between 3pm and 5pm. Please adhere strictly to this time frame. At 5:30pm there will be a neonate MEMBER MEET & GREET at the band room. Also, you will open ample time to rent an instrument for $25 (mellos, baritones, Sousaphones, piccolos, & percussion) if you book not already done so. Only cash will be accepted no checks. Rehearsals will continue with morning, afternoon, and even sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We should finish Friday, August 17, by 5pm. There are no rehearsals scheduled o n Saturday (18th) unless we get rain during ! the first quintuplet days of camp in which case we will plume on Saturday. We are making plans to have some of your meals provided by local churches, restaurants, and the Department of Music and Theatre. The cafeteria will begin honoring meal tickets on Saturday, August 18. Rehearsals will resume sunlight afternoon, August 19, at 2pm. We will rehearse 2p-5p and 6p-9p.
